I really thought the lower part of the picture was the top half reflected in very still and very clear water.

Wow - Looks like a fun place to get shots. Perhaps a slightly higher contrast would really intensify the contours here. Where is West Cape?
Mary MacADNski: West Cape is just north of West Point, the southwestern tip of PEI.
