A very pretty view, with nice perspective.
Mary MacADNski: Why thank you, Red Pen.
Wow! Where is that? This must be for growing the bulbs, right? Wow!
Mary MacADNski: Yes, Karen, for bulbs. I buy fresh tulips from them all winter long right from the local farm. They supply stores and florists far and wide. So sad that they just behead these. They were probably done the day after this.
Hi Mary,

As per your request on my blog tomorrow's photo will be another of the baloon room.

I love the colours in your photo above. What a great landscape!
Mary MacADNski: Oh, thank you, sparklite. I am such a fan of public art and am so glad many photographers are showing it on this blog.

Mary MacADNski: Ha Ha, Ginnie. You didn't see me in that windmill? No, still on PEI, just down the road.

Beautiful landscape by the tulips (and Mary) smile

Not Holland - this is hilly landscape. Seems to me they (dutch immigrants) are doing the same thing in Canada as with us. We also have people planting the tulips and other flower types and then export the cut flowers and/or bulbs to holland. They still maintain their commercial contacts there.

In holland you can buy many of these types of flowers even out of season, then coming from countries like SA and Canada.
Mary MacADNski: We have a huge number of Dutch immigrants here on PEI. This farm sells tulips all winter from their door and supplies florist shops and stores with lovely bundles of colour when we need it most. I buy them weekly in the winter.
Very lovely and colourful landscape. I really love tulips.
Mary MacADNski: I really love tulips too and have lots in my gardens.

this is real dutch
Mary MacADNski: I can imagine that it is. They change the fields every year and it's always fun to imagine which one will be in bloom each year.

Mary tulips are one of my favorite flowers, they remind me of my best friend. Thank you.
Mary MacADNski: I love them too, Tracy. They are true spring!
Great composition in a good angle smile
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Tomas.
Fantastic shot
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Aussie.
Imagino que de estos campos de flores, tienes decenas de fotografías. Muy bonito, Mary!

I imagine that of these fields of flowers, you have tens of photographies. Very pretty, Mary!
Mary MacADNski: Believe it or not, I have only three.
Créalo o no, yo tienen solamente tres.
