I love it. You seem to have got the lighting just right to highlight the chaos of the web, and to give the great shadow of the egg cluster.
Mary MacADNski: Those are tiny, live spiders; not eggs. They are clustered at the moment but move all around the web.

UGH. I've seen this a couple times now on SC (never in real life), Mary. The web looks like sparks flying. Good eye!
Mary MacADNski: Good eye to you too. The web looking like sparks is my favorite part of this shot.

Are those yellow things eggs? I thought the spidey caught himself a flight of bees. Great picture - especially like how the web seems to float.
Mary MacADNski: Those are tiny, live spiders; not eggs. They move around the web and are very active.

Get the can of Raid. I had a nest under my deck and got them with Raid. They sure scattered when I sprayed them.
Mary MacADNski: There has never been a chemical on my property. They will grow up and eat mosquitoes.
An awesome picture !!
Mary MacADNski: Thanks. I took a photo of the same subject, baby spiders, at work the other day as well. They're everywhere!

Mary MacADNski: Think of all the mosquitoes these little spiders will one day trap!
I've never seen that before (I hate spider) : Interresting shot Mary !!
Mary MacADNski: My daughter hates spiders too so this is the first year I've been able to let them be as she lives far away.
It is a very interesting photo, Mary. It is a nest of spiders but asi does not seem something. It turns out to me peculiar to watch it! smile

Mary MacADNski: They are now at work eating mosquitos.
