photoblog image Around the Medicine Wheel

Around the Medicine Wheel

This is in a busy office so a good photo was hard to get except at this angle.  I had to move a display of baskets as it was to get this.  I got closer photos of each figure though and that's nice to have.

Tomorrow's post will be the second window the same organization commissioned.  It is also 4' x 4' or 16 square feet.  It has a fax machine, printer etc in front of it.

Hmm, my office doesn't have anything this nice. What do they do to deserve such a beautiful window?
Mary MacADNski: Just hired me to make them two.
Mary, this is just beautiful.
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Aussie.
It's truly a work of art, Mary. I'm so impressed. I'm glad to see it in its entirety.
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Red Pen. I like this one too, but tomorrow's is the favorite of most people.
Love the full picture its fantastic.
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Tracy.

I like this orientation - was wondering yesterday what the 'big picture' will look like.

Next question - do you build this in a workshop and then have it installed in the windowframe, or do you build it in the frame?
Mary MacADNski: I build then have professional installers do the installation. This one was placed against a double glazed window (with air-spaces).

Yes. The whole thing is wonderful.
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Ray
Ohmygosh!! Another beautiful piece. This office is very lucky to have such a talented artist to do the windows for them. Wonderful ..just wonderful!
Mary MacADNski: They asked me to drop off business cards as people were inquiring. Great! I'd love to have some projects for the winter.
