I like this one too, but I think there is just a little too much happening in the backdrop and so the flower has to compete harder.

I love this shot - different and unique. I'm a big fan of flower shots and I love daylilies. We've lived in our house for two years and the prior owners planted a ton of daylilies. I'm surrounded by them this time of year! They are so resilient and a breath of fresh air.

I like the mooney songs you pick for these flowers. I think this is a great shot, nice and tightly cropped.

It works too against white wall !!

This works very well too, but personally I prefer the brown background for more of a positive-like image.

That textured white wall makes such an interesting background for the lily.
