Cool grin
Mary MacADNski: Thank you, S & S.
oooooh! You caught the Loch Ness monster on camera!! Let's sell it to The Sun smile what caused the phenomenon, though?
Mary MacADNski: I truly don't know. It was in the spring and I took more photos after a half hour and it was still like this. This is the beach behind my house, very near and familiar and I've never seen this before or since....strange wind?

We recently saw Cyndi Lauper here in Atlanta in concert, Mary, and of course, heard her "True Colors" again. What a song. It's good for this pic. smile
Mary MacADNski: You're so lucky to have seen her! I love that song too.
Nice capture Mary, really like the colours.
Mary MacADNski: It was last spring, the first fine day in weeks.
Hey, it's a UFO! It's shielded so it's invisible, but they forgot about the impression it makes on the water. grin grin grin
Mary MacADNski: I think you're on to something. LOL

Just a bit of Funny wind, like a baby burb.
It's a nice pic of what is obviously a lovely place. The blues are very calming.
If it was my pic, I would have schlupped 25% off the top to give it more of a panorama feel, and denied that nice expanse of deeper blue to the viewer...I am therefore happy as a viewer that it is your pic, Mary.
Mary MacADNski: That certainly would work, Ray. I was glad to see blue sky then as it was spring and we'd been having shitty weather for weeks. I went walking!!

I wonder if it could be the tide going out against an underwater sandbank. It does provide a nice line and texture for the picture though.
Mary MacADNski: That's what it probably is but I've never seen it here before. It surely has something to do with the current
It is a beautiful view and I think Louis is probably right about the sandbar
Mary MacADNski: I just don't understand why it isn''t like that all the time. Only this once was it ever like that. Weird!
Very nice seascape, I'd like to be there !
Mary MacADNski: Luckily I post lots of photos of this beach so you can go there that way, Zebigleb.
very nice shot
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Dotun.
