An innovative way to put beach junk and drift wood to use. Great shot, but you have to watch the horison.
Mary MacADNski: I know, Louis. As usual the horizon mishaps happen when i'm in a hurry. I didn't notice till it was too late. Crooked horizons drive me crazy!!
LOL about the horizons, Mary. I think that's always the first thing I try to get straight before I do anything else. Isn't it funny how differently we all see things!
I LOVE this portal. And the lobster trap!! It really FEELS like the beach as though I were there.
Mary MacADNski: I normally do as well, Ginnie but when you're busy, these things slip by. You mentioned not uploading when you're not available for comments. I'm opposite and always upload days in advance. My photos are always from a few days past ot even from my files. Sometimes though, you run out and have to get one up in a hurry and this was the case here.
mmmm....looooobster!!! ...and a great accompanying tune too! You have good taste in music
Mary MacADNski: Eastern Cdn. lobster is the best in the world and I haven't had my fill yet this year. I like music more than, the beach, flowers, lobster and more than photography. I've got it bad!....and that ain't good. LOL (It's a song title)
This is a real summertime picture, and it could be an illustration for a great kids' book! The archway invites one into the magic land of summer via the invisible path that only a kid could go on!
Mary MacADNski: The path truly is invisible and has to be marked at both ends. Glad you like the photo.
Is its purpose to keep things in/out, or a signpost for those who might get lost?
