Wow, I never thought about cats walking in the snow. Terrific picture of him & his prints behind him.
Mary MacADNski: Cats and dogs like to play in snow too. My camera is broken so everything is from the archives these days. Snow today, spring buds yesterday....

He has got himself seriously fluffed up for insulation, heh? Very handsome moggie.
Mary MacADNski: We're seeing different things. I see no companions at all unless you mean his one shadow? Clarke's magnificent tail was always like that. Spectacular at all times.

Aw, your kitty is so cute! I love that you captured her footprints behind her.

My Italian Greyhound is so sensitive to the cold, that I couldn't even think about letter her out in the snow. She wouldn't go, in the first place! wink I hope the next dog or cat who lives with me will love the snow!!
Mary MacADNski: He was a fabulous kitty with the huge bushy tail and the softest fur I ever felt. I miss hom terribly.

Mary MacADNski: No problem, Kay. This was the first male cat that I'd had in many decades so he was called a girl all the time.
i always wondered what happens with cats in snow (we don't get snow here!). When they walk over water they pull their feet up and kinda hop skip across it...shaking their feet as they go. Clarke looks very happy though?! Do they now mind snow? Would have thought the feet would get cold!
Mary MacADNski: Cats and dogs like to play in snow. They seem to mind very, very cold days (minus 15 degrees celsius or colder) but don't mind snow. I wish I had a scanner. I have some really good photos of the other cats in the snow.
He really is a dude!
