Lovely: this is the sort of thing the Victorians might have done. It was either this or steel bridges & factories.
Mary MacADNski: I have quite a few photos of grasses. Hmmmmm. Victorian .....Hmmmm
lovely greens Mary, I like.
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Dotun. It's simple but pretty.

It reminds me of when the car stops by the side of the road at night and the headlights shine on the grasses, Mary!
Mary MacADNski: That is exactly right, Ginnie. It does look exactly like that.

I love grass flowers, and this is an excellent picture of one species.
Looks really good with the lighting you discovered.
Is asthma a problem on PEI, Mary?
Mary MacADNski: I love grass flowers too. Realized as I've watched combines travelling through the landscape that I didn't take any photos of grains. I love barley flowers in particular but all of the grasses are pretty. We do have a huge problem with asthma here? Do you think it may be caused by grasses?
Oh I love this. The green is lovely. Just a wonderful image.
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Gail. It's very simple but effective.

Mary, this has wonderful DOF and lighting. Love it!
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Kay. I like simple things like grasses and mushrooms but don't usually put them up. I am now putting up a mushroom I snapped on Monday. It has a little slug eating it.

This is impressive and a fitting song title.

Don't keep your grass and mushrooms to yourself. (Somehow that sentence has a 1960's feel about it). If they are as good as this it will be a sin.
Mary MacADNski: That's too funny, Louis. I always share.

It's a beautiful shot Mary.
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Scarlet. Sometimes the simplest things.........
It is beautiful the way the grass pops off the screen. Gorgeous light.
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Michael. I have a thing for grasses but have only put a couple up on SC.
