So adorable, Mary. I know you must really miss him!
Mary MacADNski: Every day, Ginnie. My daughter was just given one of his half sisters (same mother, different litter) and she says Frida has exactly the same personality as Clarke. She misses him too as he was actually her cat.
Mary MacADNski: In that aspect yes, but not in the aspect of coyotes. He probably lied down on his back when they encountered him so that they could rub his belly.
It's funny how they all love boxes. He was a lovely cat.
Mary MacADNski: They do all love boxes and he once got inside a lobster trap. I thought we'd have to cut him out but my daughter luckily talked him out. He was sometimes too curious for his own good.
This is a wonderful photo of Clarke! A too small box, but cats love that, and then that paw...
Not his color, but how he lays in that box, he just looks like our Bubbles -- relaxed, purring and waiting for belly rub and hug.
Mary MacADNski: He was pretty special! My daughter was recently given his half-sister, Frida. She says Frida has the exact same personality of Clarke...very affectionate and wanting the belly rubbed all the time. Lucky girl. She lives several thousand miles away so I won't get to experience it.
How peaceful ! cats always have so funny places to sleep on or in, lol !
Mary MacADNski: He did have some strange sleep habits. He would sleep on a kitchen chair but hang his paws out through the the vertical, spindle chair backs.
