I love this photo! LOVE it!
Mary MacADNski: Thanks Helen. There are a few photos of these guys and more back in the archives. They are rescued horses that I see regularly when hiking.

Can you imagine being rescued and end up living THERE! It's heaven, Mary.
Mary MacADNski: It really is heaven for them. They were feisty this day and it made me think of their freedom this the song choice but I felt so happy for them.
Nice composition Mary, I wonder if would have worked slightly better in portrait?
Mary MacADNski: Part of this was to show the coloured leaves so I specifically left it in landscape. I've been taking photos of these horses all year so this shows the season.
Beautiful horse and beautiful shot ! Bravo ! And thank you for this song smile
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Zebigleb. I'm so glad you liked the song. It's a good one for these horses.

Great horse shot and autumn in the background. I like the front hooves to be included in the picture as well.
They both seem to be in good condition.
Mary MacADNski: They're lucky to have been rescued.
Lovely photo! These guys have certainly fallen on their feet! (:o)
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Rosalyn. It is always a delight to stop for a visit with these beauties.
They look the picture of health, now. All the best, Dave.
Mary MacADNski: Yes, they're come a long way.

The front horse is really looking into the camera. I wonder what they were thinking? Great shot and what a place to live.
Mary MacADNski: That I have no clue about. I know nothing about horses and stay on my side of the fence. These guys are rather feisty.
Lovely photo and a great Tim Hardin song to go with it.
Mary MacADNski: Perfect song for these rescued horses.

Wow Mary, that horse is even admiring you, great colours in the back, very well done BRAVO
Mary MacADNski: I think they like the attention when I stop to see them every couple of weeks.

A really tranquil scene ... so much better to be an animal sometimes...
Catching up on blogs and see I've missed some lovely pictures recently.
Mary MacADNski: I have taken tons of photos of these horses lately. They are wonderful to see each week. I feed them grass from my side of the fence so they gladly come each time.
