I would be a kid again, if I could get to the spot where you took this shot, Mary.
I would fashion a boat from a leaf or some thin bark, lauch it, then try to follow it downstream.
Great picture.
Mary MacADNski: Heck, I still get to be a kid and do those things. I just decided to never grow up

Reminds me of Lombard Street in San Francisco. But men can't compete with nature when it comes to beauty. Great shot...
Mary MacADNski: You said it though there are some gorgeous men out there. Now if we could lay them beside this stream to compare...LOL
Ah my scenic `fix` of the day! Your photogaphs always make me feel so good. (:o)
Mary MacADNski: That is the sweetest thing to say. You have my deepest gratitude.

This is so beautifull and a great picture. Scenic fix indeed. The winding line of the river does hold my attention - wanna be there!
Mary MacADNski: and you've got the colour fix.

Is it deep enough for a wee kayak, Mary? Wouldn't that be a fun venture on a calm, peaceful day! So therapeutic!
Mary MacADNski: It's not terribly deep - shallow I'd say. I'd hang around the shore taking photos of y'all kayaking. I'm an earthbound Capricorn.

This is so good Mary, once my brother was on Prince Edward Island, he loved it so much, now I know what he meant, a heaven on earth, you are lucky!!
Mary MacADNski: That's cool, Astrid. It is a bit of heaven for sure.
This is a great shot Mary. I like the curves and the colour tones
Mary MacADNski: I really love the grass colour at this time of year. There are some dune photos coming up next week and my favorite part of them is the colour of the grass.
I love the way the water winds into the distance taking the eye with it, and listening to this song which goes so well with the scene. Think I'll linger a little longer
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Bill. Take all the time you need and you can always take a walk with me. http://anislandwalk.blogspot.com/

Beautiful, and somehow amazingly relaxing
Mary MacADNski: That slow meandering look does spell relaxation somehow.

Very nice. I would so love to play here!
Mary MacADNski: The tourism theme a couple of years ago was 'Come play on my island.'
