I'll go with duck...looks more like what would be made by an animal with 2 legs to me, Mary.
I really like the liquid feel of this picture.
Mary MacADNski: That is a pretty good choice as there have been ducks going between this pond and mine every day and now have finally wizened up and flown south. They were hatched in my pond rather late so its taken them a while to mature enough to go.
It looks like someone walked in slush that then froze over, Mary. Or should I say waddled!
Mary MacADNski: That's it exactly, Ginnie. Can you imagine how cold it must have been to freeze that quickly with the shapes still intact. Ooh, the wonders of nature.
Oh Mary, I was just at Kay's blog and told her that I am not a cold weather girl...at all. But when I see images like hers or yours, I long for snow. It is pure and white and has a way of making everything seem so pure and clean. Beautifully done.
Mary MacADNski: I'm not a cold weather girl either but was born in it. I would rather be on my favorite beach in Mexico looking at photos of ice and snow to tell you the truth.
Mary MacADNski: I am getting a reminder to watch my language. I hope I didn't offend somehow. If you've not complained, please ignore. I've had this message once before when I hadn't used bad language.
