Great shot, Mary. I wonder why those little balls of feathers don't snap freeze...I guess their heat pump is working hard, so they must be able to find plenty of food.
Mary MacADNski: They never seem to mind the cold. They eat lots of seeds at feeders and lots and lots of people have feeders.
What I find the most amazing is that these little birds survive in these kind of landscapes. It is also beyound comprehension how much energy they can store in those little bodies.
Me gusta mucho esta composición. Al aprovechar el color blanco de la nieve al fondo, has conseguido resaltar mucho más al pequeño pájaro. Esta era la idea del famoso fichero que te envié!
I like much this composition. When taking advantage of the white color the snow to the bottom, you have been able to stand out much more to the small bird. This was the idea of the famous file that I sent to you!
Mary MacADNski: Thank you, Jose-Angel. There is lots of snoe so this will be the background quite often.
Gracias, Jose-A'ngel. Hay porciones de snoe así que éste será el fondo absolutamente a menudo.
Ah... the poor little guy looks a bit sad and lonely...hope the mood is better? It can't help being snowbound, temporarily disabled and so active :-(
Mary MacADNski: Bless you for keeping me less bored. I am going walking this afternoon, probably to the beach though the snow is deep and it's impossible to get down. Is Alan home today too?
