HA! Those pots really come in handy, Mary, don't they. smile I love it!
Mary MacADNski: Wondered if anyone would pick up on the pot's duel use.
I really appreciate seeing the flowers! Everyone in my household has been grousing about ice, snow and slush that never seems to end, and I had just been longing for some spring or summer sights. Thanks!
Mary MacADNski: I know what you mean. We've had a great thaw this week but a couple of weeks ago we had a week with four snowstorms. Someone had a bright flower photo up and I gravitated to it, stared at it for five minutes, trying to imagine it's smell and it gave me hope....for spring.

That's cool, Mary.
I like the escaping petals, especially.
Mary MacADNski: Petals do that all the time, too.

Nice "hodgepodge" of flowers Mary. I just had to use that wonderful word.
Mary MacADNski: LOL. Hodgepodge all week. There is a glue of that name and also a vegetable dish.
Nice to slip away from winter for a bit.
Mary MacADNski: This week has been like that here - a January thaw.

It has been a while since I've left a message here, although I have looked when I have the chance. Nice to see nature spill her paint, Mary.
Mary MacADNski: Nature is always spilling over one way or another. Thanks for the visit, Kathryn.

You have brightened my day thank you Mary.smile
Mary MacADNski: That was a great result.
I really like this, Mary - the colour is great. I agree with everyone who said the fallen petals finish the picture off, and draw it all together. (:o)
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Rosalyn.

A taste of things to come in just a short few weeks
Mary MacADNski: It won't be a few short weeks here. We won't have spring till April or May and usually put out planters at the end of May or early June.
Thanks to share with us these nice colours Mary
Mary MacADNski: You are welcome.

Great colors, Mary. The falling petals are a nice touch.
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Jewla.
A nice splash of colour to brighten up a damp and dreary winter's day.

I like the Martha Wainwright song
Mary MacADNski: Martha is very talented. I like her a lot!

My geraniums have been flowering continuously through the winter.
Mary MacADNski: Mine are long gone.

Very pretty indeed, and fond memories of warmer days
Mary MacADNski: This was quite late in fall. We had a warm fall and was amazed I still gad flowers in bloom.

Geraniums and Lobelia in an enamel pot...that's really really cute. smile
Mary MacADNski: That was very late in the year so there wasn't much left to it. The enamel pot had a previous use.....
A little light of spring in this rainy and cold day smile
Mary MacADNski: I get tired of only posting snow!
