Nice to know you are home and all went well. How are you feeling?

I love the way these plants have all the little chickens that just pop up.
Mary MacADNski: I'm sore and tired but glad to be home.

The sun is shining on this plant - like it is pointing the start of summer. Like healing a newly returned patient. Hope all is well.
Mary MacADNski: All is well but back to the beginning.

Terrific Macro Mary. Thought of you today as we did a very difficult 5 hour shoulder op. Hope it is not too painful.
Mary MacADNski: I have a 4 cm. screw and am restarting where I was 6 wks ago - totally immobilized. They say it will be at least a three month recovery process.

Very feathery! Great colours and excellent composition...for a Lady with one functioning arm!
Mary MacADNski: I'm a dynamo with two arms which was the case with this photo from a few years ago.
Nice Macro Mary. I would crop main plant to isolate it from the other.
Mary MacADNski: I did another shot as you suggest but liked this better.
A taking that fills the screen of green! Very fresh image!
Nice to see you back home Mary!
I like the freshness of this picture.
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Richard. It's good to be home.

I LOVE hens and chickens, Mary. I love the close crop on this one and how it fills the frame.
Mary MacADNski: They blossom most years in the garden and I love their unusual flower.

I'm sure they are called something else here, but I can't remember what!!

Glad all went well, but 3 months is a drag! Keep playing the tunes cos I enjoy them!
Mary MacADNski: Rosalyn says they're called the house leek over there.

Three months really is a drag - maybe a drag and a half. I will always keep up the music unless my file holder starts deleting my files again. They've already deleted 400!
Hi Mary! I love these plants, they are almost indestructable - perfect for my garden. I believe they are Sempervirum, sometimes called the House leek. (:o)
Mary MacADNski: I've heard the English called it something else and am glad to find out what it is. Here it's simply hens and chickens.
