This is wonderful! The uniform houses: the snowy foreground - and the dog

This is a very gorgeous picture, the freah air, the crisp sky, everything, skipper is in the same color as its background.....love it.
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Astrid. It was a crisp clear day and lovely for walking with my friends.
I like the contrast of the houses (their colours) against th cool colours of the sky and snow.
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, kunle.
Beautiful picture Mary
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Aussie!

Nice alignment of houses ... And the first thing my youngest daughter saw ( she is 20 months ) is the dog on the left ...
Nice shadows on the snow ...
Mary MacADNski: Ha! That is what a child would notice.

Beautiful, crisp, eye-popping image...great that you managed to squeeze in Catsbane!

I continue to be amazed at your depths in musical taste!
Mary MacADNski: You wouldn't believe how much music I have - tons of albums, cassettes, cd's and computer files. It gives me a lot to choose from. Catsbane has three cats in his household and gets along with them all.
Beautyful shot Mary. Great lighting. Hello Skipper!
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Richard. Skipper is a great friend I walk with occasionally.

'Where did you sleep last night' reminds me of a very old definition of a bachelor - a guy who comes to work from a different direction every day smile

Composition spot on. An excellent picture. Likey.
Mary MacADNski: You made my day, Louis. Thank you!

Very nice picture. Cool and crisp! The colours contrast nicely with the snow and sky.
Mary MacADNski: Sun on snow is a great colour - such a great blue.

Love this shot Mary.Is Skipper a springer spaniel??
Mary MacADNski: He's a cocker spaniel - a lovely fellow.
I thought we would have had Tom Paxton's Little boxesgrin. They are a very cheerful row of houses
Mary MacADNski: Of course that was the first song I thought of but couldn't remember who did it. It would have been the perfect song.

Ah, this made me think of "Little Boxes" - on a hillside. Do you know that song?

It's a very pretty picture though, well framed and composed
Mary MacADNski: I do know that song but didn't know who did it. I just found out from Bill that it was Tom Paxton. It would have been the perfect song.

20° C and sun shining today in Bordeaux (in february !!!!) .... Contrast look stronger between what I see outside and your picture smile
Mary MacADNski: You're making me jealous, France. We has a bit of snow over night and more than the 2 cm. that was forecast.
Ahahah! I saw to Skipper! wink The small painted houses each one of a color are pretty!
Mary MacADNski: Gracias, Jose Angel.
