My arm and shoulder have improved to the point that on Friday, I drove my car for the first time since Christmas Day. First on the agenda was to get some fresh photos. For the next while you can watch the ice disappearing from a river and see some lobster fishers getting their gear ready for the upcoming season. It sure was great to be able to drive again!!!

Mary I am so pleased you are out and about again, and with the freedom to drive.
This shot is heavenly to me I just love it. Welcome back to the photo world
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Tracy. Spring has sprung and soon there will be no ice in the bays. I have a few more with ice queued up.
This is an outstanding picture, love the colors in it, great view.
I am glad you are able to capture some 'fresh' pictures, I think you are in heaven just to be OUT
Mary MacADNski: It is heaven to be out and spring has arrived with temps of 10 - 12 since Sunday - Glorious!!!

I particularly like this photograph. The colors are lush and it is just such a great symbolic shot for your first time out in months. It says to me, "the sun is out again and so is Mary!"
Wonderful to hear that you are well on the way to recovery, Mary. Fabulous photograph - I love that red earth, the icy water, and that beautiful blue sky. (:o)
Mary MacADNski: It has been very warm all week so a lot of melting would have taken place but we are getting flurries on Sunday. Ha!
Mary is well and truly back in form!
