Every fisher has his or her own colour of buoys for easy identification when out in the bay. These are Bev's and are quire fancy with the numbers carved or burned out then painted.

I am so jealous, you have so many different subjects to shoot up there, got it ... for some reason the TV show Men in Trees springs to mind when ever I think of you and the island

Mary MacADNski: I don't have cable and get only two channels so was not familiar with the program. I just googled it and find it's set in Alaska. I'm on the east coast, on Canada's smallest province. We're famous for Anne of Green Gables and potatoes.

Nice picture Mary. Anywhere there are boats always gives scope for pictures. I can see you are taking full advantage.
Louis & Ella....great
Mary MacADNski: They didn't have the boats in the water yet. They take them out because of ice. They probably are in now though. Louis and Ella - always great!
Mary, this picture shows you are back on the road and very happy to be so...I love this composition, the colors are great, I can smell the sealife...but I do love the sea too. (I have N41 and you've got the bingo )
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Astrid. Yes, I'm back at it. Coming home from town yesterday had me stopping on the side of the road a few times with cars whizzing by. I'm dedicating to getting some fresh photos.
