Wow I thought it was a tree.
Mary MacADNski: It was a tree at one time so you were correct in a way.
Love the texture and colour with the rust stains from an old bolt or whatever.
Mary MacADNski: I love that too. It was dripping rust.

Weathered wood often has superb texture...as does this example.
Mary MacADNski: And I thought it would be the rust on that weathered wood that would please you.

This is even more upclose than expected smile Excellent 'macro'.
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Louis. I guess it is a macro.
Makes for a wonderful abstract — very nice
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Mark. Looks like rusty tears.

Love the way you can see straight through the post where the bolt or such like wassmile
Great textures to Marysmile
Mary MacADNski: That was what I was trying for but the bokah leaves it unidentifiable.
Great capture Mary. I like the texture lines and the rust stain! The wood seems very dry.
Mary MacADNski: Yesterday's shot shows it better. It is old and weathered but not that dry, really.
