Wonderful colours and contrasts. My eyes dart about looking for tiny things in the photograph.
Mary MacADNski: Thanks FLOOG, I bet there are bugs in there.
This is lovely Mary
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Bill. That's all to do with the daffodil. LOL

I like the composition in this. The single daffodil really stands out against the bush.
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Alan. Proving that photography is a moment in time I picked this daffodil last night.
Beautiful composition. I like the colours contrast!
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Richard. I picked that daffodil last night.

Mary MacADNski: Thanks, John. I have to work. My son wants a new mother as he is going to miss the Mother's Day brunch we usually go to.

It shows how clever daffodils are to flower before the leaves appear on most things.
Mary MacADNski: Spring flowers are my favorite. I picked sixty-five last night for a huge vase. You should see them! If you looked at my garden you'd never know one was missing.
The daffodils are out late in your part of the world then Mary, mine were finished weeks ago. Nice composition with the yellow in the corner.
Mary MacADNski: Yes, we're much later. It seems you've been in spring for months.

You don't need more than one daffodil...darn things are so pretty!
Mary MacADNski: They make the world more beautiful. I guess you could say that about all flowers. Daffodils have the privledge of bringing so much pleasure as they signify the end of winter. What a responsibility!
