Happy and Bright

Your title couldn't be more perfect. Happy and bright indeed. Daffodils are always a happy sight because they signal that spring is en route.
Mary MacADNski: That's it exactly. Daffodils and asparagus signal that spring is truly here.

Yes...that works for me.
I think, perhaps, I miss fields of daffodils in the early spring.
Mary MacADNski: There is nothing like them! They have a sunny disposition.

Happy and bright indeed. Great shot.
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Louis. We had several cold rainy days. This was needed.

The lighting is amazing Mary, it's like the sun shining on me now through the lounge windowtongue It gives you that boost of feeling goodtongue
Mary MacADNski: Can be deceiving though as it's been sunny here the temps are hovering at nine degrees. We had a heavy frost this morning. Brrrrr.
I think this is the best daffodil shot I've seen for ages
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Bill. I love them best at this time of day when they're backlit.

There is sun outside and I look at this - yes, I'm happy and bright too smile
Mary MacADNski: We dad very thick frost this morning and the temps are only nine or ten for the last couple of days. It was warmer a month ago. The daffodils are wishing for jackets.

great transparancy in the leafs
Mary MacADNski: The light makes the colour is so beautiful and is shown through that transparency.
Wonderful bright shot Mary. I like the transparancy!
Mary MacADNski: The transparency is the best way to show that light.

The title sums this up nicely for me, Mary. I like the backlighting on the petals.
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Alan. That's just what it is.

Saludos,
Mariana C.

Thanks.
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Mariana. You are back visiting after a long time.
Fabulous back-lighting! Definitely happy and bright...beautiful
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, CarolynUSA.
Now this is what I call macro photography. Total heaven. Love, love, love it.
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Sarah. I like this one because of the dark background. I know that's easy with post processing but I don't use that tool.

How lovely and sunny!
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Nancy. In a couple of months our gardens will be filled with these rather than snow.
