photoblog image Wonderful Light

Wonderful Light

I went outside to help my son with something and found this light.  Help was delayed for a few moments while I got my camera.  I've never before seen pink ground fog!

Stunning colours. There is a kind of eiry yet beautiful magic to the pink fog.

I like this a lot
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, FLOOG, It was very surreal - something I've never seen.
It was nearing sunset is the only explanation I can come up with.
Gives a whole new meaning to being in the pink! Lovely picture Mary
Mary MacADNski: Made me feel in the pink

Could be those darned bad-attitude two-lips test-driving their earth-conquering death mist.

Watch 'em closely, Mary, lest they wrestle your cats to the ground and beat them up.
Mary MacADNski: Bad Kitty, the neighbourhood bully, has finally disappeared. Now along with the foxes, I have to worry about two-lips. It's a hard life for kitties.

Nice pic - there is a lot to keep me amused for hours. The fog, the tulips, the drops ofd the tree behind - ahh the joy of photography.
Mary MacADNski: There is a joy in photography and everyone finds it at a different place. Some people love to fiddle with the images and experiment and get perfect photos. I find the joy in capturing a moment - however it may be. Thanks for your comment, Brian.

This is beautiful. Love the balance of the clear colorful tulips..and the pink fog!!! Must be the early morning sunrise reflecting in the fog that creates the color???
Mary MacADNski: It was sunset time and that's all i have to explain the colour. I've never seen it before.

Fabulous! I love the tulips and the lighting is just right. Whata cracking shot, Mary.
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Alan. It was a wonder again. That garden never ceases to amaze. The week before with the big ray coming down....
If this is untwiddled (which I take it to be) you have captured something very interesting & strange here!
Mary MacADNski: Untwiddled and at sunset. I've never seen it though I've seen golden lights at that time of day.
That is strange fog and beautiful flowers.
Mary MacADNski: It was magical, I must say.
