Look at all that brilliant golden grass!
Great image, Mary...almost like a painting.
Mary MacADNski: The dune grasses are beautiful any season but in the autumn, when this was taken, they're gorgeously golden.

Have to agree it does look like it's a painting. Love all that dry grass.

I wish it was mine. That is a stunning shot.
Mary MacADNski: It's too big for me. I want to downsize.

That's for me! What a great spot that must be for sunsets or sunrises.. or at any time of the day! Any idea what sort of these places would sell for, Mary? I'm looking to emigrate....
Mary MacADNski: This is on the north shore next to a golf course. I guess they get both sunrise and sunset from their side windows. I don't know real estate prices at all but have a great house for sale myself.
Lovely colours in the grass and I love the house. I would have cropped a chunk off the sky I think
Mary MacADNski: Yes, the grey sky is quite boring, isn't it?
Beautiful image Mary. This grass is superb. I just feel like sitting in the dome of the house and having breakfast while admiring a magnificent sunrise!
Mary MacADNski: I featured a lot of dune shots and grasses from this outing from the fall. I had uploaded this to SC and used it for a day I didn't have time for something new. The golden grasses are beautiful in the fall.

When can I move in!

A lovely shot set off so well by the burnt tones of the grass.
Mary MacADNski: YOu're in hiding so you'll want to move in quickly. Wish I knew if it were for sale.

Nice capture!
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, lui04. Quite a house isn't it?

Wonderful landscape shot, Mary. It would be fun to spend a week here, discovering and absorbing every detail with a camera!
Mary MacADNski: I have a photographer friend who offers workshops to do just that.

Yes..it looks much like a painting. Beautifully composed. Very romantic.
Mary MacADNski: Thanks Marcie. It's quite a pad isn't it?

Oh yes, do not covet your neighbours goods ! wink
Mary MacADNski: It's quite a house and sits in the dunes overlooking the ocean. This is not my neighbourhood, sadly.
