Beautiful shot Mary. The rain drops really add to the lovely soft colours.
Mary MacADNski: With all the rain we've had, it was the only way to get a photo. It has dried up and the weather is absolutely beautiful and I have never seen the apple blossoms so thick. It is going to be a bumper year for apples.

Very good love the pink and water droplets
Mary MacADNski: We've had a ton of rain. The apple blossoms were well washed.

I love the waterdrops. Great picture, Mary and also a great DOF
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Kavita. We've had plenty of rain so I don't think the blossoms had much dry time. It is dry and beautiful now though.

I like them apples to be! Lovely and fresh shot, Mary!
Mary MacADNski: It's going to be a banner year for apples judging by the blossoms. I don't think I've ever seen them so thick.

Might be the most beautiful shot of fruit tree blossoms I have seen on SC.

I hope it is not too wet for the sex workers to engage in the profession, Mary, or your optimism might be a bit premature.
Mary MacADNski: There have been so many apple blossom shots that I didn't think anyone would come by to see.

The weather has changed in the last week and it has been BEAUTIFUL!!! The sex workers have been buzzing and pollinating to beat the band!

LOL at Martin and Ray. Yes, how do we like DEM apples! grin Great shot, Mary.
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Ginnie. It's going to be a banner year for apples judging by the blossoms. I don't think I've ever seen them so thick.
A lovely shot Mary, clear, clean and crisp
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Paul. They're a common sight these days.
Beautiful, the rain water makes this even better. Apple blossom is so delicate.
Mary MacADNski: I love apple blossoms. I have over a dozen trees and tons of wild ones in the fields. I have the house filled with vases of them.

Great picture of apples to be...love the droplets of water, specially the one on the right...almost to fall off.
Mary MacADNski: This is going to be a banner apple year and a strawberry grower told me yesterday that he's going to have a banner crop too.
Beautiful composition Mary. I like the subtle colours and the droplets!
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Richard, We've had lots of droplets.

Great soft pastel colours
Mary MacADNski: The colours of the countryside these days. I spoke to two couples from Ontario today who said your apple blossoms are gone already.
An image that breathes gentleness!
Mary MacADNski: It is truly that. Thanks.
They are beautiful, indeed. There is something about the delicate pink and white that is so beautiful.
Mary MacADNski: The smell is heavenly too.

I pruined my trees back this year and only had a few blossoms on my apple, pear, and plum trees, but my 3 cherry trees had loads of blossoms. The cherries should be ready when dad is here.
Mary MacADNski: When I come visit it will be at cherry time too.

Lovely colours, Mary.. especially the suble pinks and all helped with the water drops. Look like spring well in place there now!
Mary MacADNski: Johnny Appleseed spread his joy everywhere on this Island so there are trees in abundance edging every field and the countryside is beautiful. I've had bouquets for weeks as there is a long varied time in the flowering of different varieties. Here's another shot from another blog. It's a bit blurry... http://bp3.blogger.com/_RWRA_W3zaOs/SE0aQ94lRKI/AAAAAAAADlU/sCoG8UZ2Wig/s1600-h/080606+053.jpg

Delicate macro picture. Great one.
Mary MacADNski: Thanks Louis. I had to get wet too, to get this photo.
This is lovely -- so delicate. The cropping and exposure are perfect.
