Satisfying pastoral, Mary. Looks like the farmer might be needing some rain soon.
Mary MacADNski: Heck no, we've had a ton of rain. We need sunshine and we're now getting it.

Love the perspective here. The way the soil drops away and the lines to the sky.

Wimbledon soon, so that's two weeks of rain a certainty.... LOL
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Floog. I love the fields during each stage of growth.

It's interesting see how far advanced our "summer" is compared to yours, Mary. Mind you. your winters are more severe than ours. Enjoy the day!
Mary MacADNski: This is a newly planted field. Some potato fields are well advanced of this and some grain fields are knee high.
Beautiful perspective shot Mary. I like the colours combination!
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Richard. Row on row and green.
It could be Devon with the red soil.
Mary MacADNski: Several places in the world have red soil, it seems.

Excellent pick up of the patterns of grain vs potato rows.
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Louis. I'll show some potato fields and grain fields throughout the season.

Good perspective, Mary.
On a l'impression que le carré central a été raccommodé comme une pièce de tissu sur un pantalon !!
Amusing, I find.
Mary MacADNski: Je me suis demandé réellement pourquoi ce morceau de gisement de pomme de terre était ' ; mended' ; et planté avec le grain. Il est peu commun.

Impressive picture, Mary I have shown this blog to my brother while we were skyping, as you know he lives on Vancouver Island and he was checking out PEI, he was there once, he loves the island.
He said something about the colour, so I send him the link, he (and I) are impressed with you photography work.
We skype every week and in that way we keep up with our lifes.
I thought you would like to know you have one more fan. tongue
Mary MacADNski: That's a great thing to hear on a Monday morning. We can always use more fans.
I like much since you have caught these fields of culture, Mary! Here there are many potatoes! Well done!
Mary MacADNski: Yes, many potatoes and some wheat perhaps....

Sí, muchas patatas y algo de trigo quizás….
