We stand tall on An Island Walk.

These flowers are well suited to the weathered timber backdrop.

Nicely composed image, as usual, Mary.

I can almost smell the flowers here.

A refreshing shot Mary.

I really like the contrast between the vibrant Lupins and the dour (though interesting wooden structure)

And then the rust to the left.... did I mention that I love rust!

I love this one, Mary. The weathered wood is the perfect foil for those beautiful, old-fashioned lupins. (:o)

I love lupins and John Lennon's version of stand by me.

Loving that weathered wood backdrop. I love Lupins, they take me back to my childhood as they were a staple in our garden.
