Six Weeks Later

Look back to the same field in June - quite a difference.
I love the look of ripening barley blowing in the wind.

This is such a nice view! So open and full of lovely colors!
Mary MacADNski: Thanks you SuRi. The colour is what made me stop the car.

Yes...a great view, Mary.

Will be even better when the barley is harvested, malted, and processed into BEER!
Mary MacADNski: Yeah! I'm with you there.

It is so beautiful to see nature changing so fast and that every change has its delight, love the colours and tho 'open' in this picture.
I have been through your last pictures, it is a lovely set of different pictures again, as always Mary.
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Astrid. I've been looking at everyone's photos but have had little time for commenting. I could not even respond to comments made to me last week. Thanks for looking and commenting.

The colours are so much more gentle now. I love the contrast between the gold and the green.
Ingrid
Mary MacADNski: Amazing what some sun and rain will do. Thanks, Ingrid.

Rolling hills and glorious textures, please my eyes.

There is so much beauty in the simplicity of nature

A gorgeous composition that makes me glad to be alive smile

Great picture with the rolling hills and differing ripeness grades of the grain.
