Clarke Coming Down

It's been a while since we've seen Clarke.
Not a day goes by that I don't think of this wonderful cat.

until a smile stretches across my face."

I bought that Colin Hay song a while back after hearing it on your link Mary. We never forget our cats either. So hello to your much loved old friend.
Mary MacADNski: It's the best song! I wish the record producers would realize sales are made this way.
Descending for lunch?
Mary MacADNski: For a belly rub.
Makes me think of a cat my ex girlfriend and I had together. We picked her up at the Humane Society and nursed her back to health. She is the most wonderfu cat, "Caddy", was her name (after a charachter from a victorian novel, not the golf caddy). She's still living with Katy today but I've not seen her in close to two years. I miss Caddy (and Katy) to this day. sad

Isn't she a beautiful one? This is a photo I posted in May 2006: http://sparklite.shutterchance.com/photoblog/Caddy/

Thanks for sharing this beautiful photo Mary. I'm sure he loved his belly rub
Mary MacADNski: I followed you link to Caddy. She is a really beautiful kitty. Our cats are so important in our lives. They're part of our hearts.

Missed this yesterday. Is this a recent photo or do you think that Clarke is no longer with us? I love your quote - very true!
Mary MacADNski: Clark was taken two years ago by coyotes. He was my all-time favorite cat.
