Huge Apple

This is a man's hand behind this apple.  It's the largest apple I've ever seen.

I can taste the crisp, freshness now. I used to love the russet apples on my parents trees, no pesticides, just as natural as Mother nature intended.

Yummy smile
Mary MacADNski: I have 15 or so trees that have NEVER been sprayed and give fabulous apples. I eat a lot of apples!
Real apples! lovely
Mary MacADNski: This was a wild tree along a field. We have wild apple trees everywhere.

Very "Apple-ling" (groan smile), Mary! Do you know what sort of variety this is?
Mary MacADNski: I don't know what the variety is. It is a wild tree along a field.
A real big one Mary. Was it as good as the other ones?
Mary MacADNski: I didn't eat the big one but ate one from that tree. It was not nicely textured but tasted ok.

I like the fact that you have got a human hand in there - gives it context. That's a very ladylike looking man's hand!

Mary MacADNski: I've had my friend use his hand to provide context to other shots too: http://justpictureit.shutterchance.com/photoblog/A_Fine_Meal_/

Mary MacADNski: I had one from that tree. They were ok but not nicely textured.

Is this one of your trees.
Mary MacADNski: No, it's in David's yard - a wild tree that was totally amazing.

Mary MacADNski: That's a good name to have. You can say that you are delicious!
