Sultry Too

We are having a terrific snowstorm on PEI today.  Everything is at a standstill and we just recently had our electricity restored.  My mind is still on my sultry-weathered vacation, especially when I look at my photos.  Reality will hit soon enough when I have to shovel myself out tomorrow

It has gone mild here Mary! So it looks as if we are in for a grey Christmas rather than a white one! Hope you aren't too snowed in!
Mary MacADNski: I have some white stuff to spare - giving it away by the shovelful.

The photo took a while to load up so had read the text before the image appeared. Was expected a winter wonderland smile
Cant decide which scene is more appealing 23 & 21st Dec pics or 23rd Nov's.
Mary MacADNski: The shot from the 23rd of Nov is my pond and after yesterday's blizzard there is plenty of snow. There will be plenty of snow shots coming up but I'm trying to fend off reality with these sun-soaked Florida shots.
beautiful scene superbly captured Mary well done.
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Tim. I like all the parallel lines in the shot.
Che bello fa sentire calore.
Mary MacADNski: Ecco perché sto inviando questi colpi del calore. Siamo circondati da neve fredda e voglio ritirare più lungamente dalla realtà un poco. Ringraziamenti, Stefania.
A terrific capture Mary with these sun rays and shadows!
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Richard. The sun is shining on a blanket of white here today.
I hear the news for the snowstorm.

The light is terrific in this shot.

Wonderful!
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Remi. The light is great isn't it. We're shoveling out today.

Sorry to hear about your snow, Mary; it must be a big shock after your Florida trip. Perhaps you should become a snowbird like your American neighbours from the north east! I like the shafts of sunlight in this photo.
Mary MacADNski: We had snow right before I returned as well and my sis in law said it came just to welcome me home.

I like the shafts of light too and the parallel lines.

I hope the snow doesn't mean too much work for you Mary, you could do without it at this time of year. We've just got grey skies, again!

Lovely sultry picture though, and not long before those days will be back again
Mary MacADNski: I shoveled yesterday till I couldn't shovel anymore. I'm waiting patiently for spring. Sometimes I think I was born in the wrong country.
That is a super shot.
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Michael. Makes me miss those daily walks.
Like this alot, quite unusual.
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Nigel. I got a few cool shots in the Florida light and this is my favorite. I like the parallel lines.
Oh, fabulous light!!
Mary MacADNski: Thanks for commenting, Ivo. The light was fabulous as each day for three and a half weeks, I had to walk a dog at sunrise and sunset.
magnifique lueur
Mary MacADNski: Merci. C'est en Floride et la lumière de matin était belle.
Somebody famous said "It's all about the light".
You got it here - in spades!
Peter
Mary MacADNski: Wasn't it lovely. It was almost magical to me to be in Florida and this special light most days while walking my charge, a little dog.
