I made a mistake with yesterday's photo and posted a version where it is sharpened at uploading. It really messed it up and then uploaded the wrong one again. Too much of a hurry. Sorry. I will leave the correct one in the unassigned bin and when I'm in a hurry to post one, I'll slip it in. Yesterday's was horrible.
Today's shot is reminiscent of this one, taken moments before, and my sister's barn. I got to see some nice old buildings in snow during my recent trip to the mainland.
We get off the mainland sometimes but today we're on An Island Walk.

The thing about this, Mary, is that if this is the shed, look at all the land around it. It makes you feel the rest of the property has got to be immense!
Mary MacADNski: This is unfamiliar to me so I don't know if the property is immense. Just something along the road that made me stop.
I have learnt that with fine twigs of a silhouetting tree, the shutter sharpening produces ghosting. Saw it in your pic yesterday. And then when you load unsharpened it ends up less sharp (read - more soft) than the source.
Another great composition and snowscape.
Mary MacADNski: This is ice on the trees, Louis. I got a whole lot of shots but not focusing on the ice. My aunt and I had to be in another city at a certain time and my five stops along the highway made us late. I wish I'd had some time. These trees are filled with a sparkling white frost.
