My God. I hope that is not a real horse. Looking at the back feet it looks real.
Mary MacADNski: I see it every time I drive by so if it is real it is frozen stiff.

I love it! What the heck are they protecting a stuffed horse from??
Mary MacADNski: I'm assuming they are trying to protect it from snow but I think it is cement and I can't see how snow would harm it.

It looks like a bunch of Friday the 13th Tom-foolery to me, Mary (except for your reply to Cath saying you see it every time you drive by). smile

Quite amusing...must be for frost protection surely..especialy if its porous material. A fine capture though Mary.
