I liked this photo of the fox as it shows her teeth. You can see form the base of her tail that she has mostly shed, with only a little bit of winter hair left at the base of the tail. She won't be nearly as pretty in a few weeks.
We rarely bare our teeth on An Island Walk. We sometimes gently purr though.

She strikes a pose for you. Most people here would not be using a camera.
Mary MacADNski: In other places too and not everyone is happy to see them here. Our only other predator animal is the coyote so we're not too bad. The mainland has bears and wildcats, etc.
It is a beautiful animal like I said the other day! You have to start using an editor to help you improve you make good pictures. Here a bit of sharpness and contrast it would be perfect! To get started you might start with Picasa (It is simple to use and notary soon change)
Mary MacADNski: I had Picasa and found it slowed everything down so much. If I could get a different set up, I would get it again. I have all the originals so can do editing later. I would need some instruction as well.
She is laughing her head off. While the female is entertaining you the dog is after the cats behind your back.
Great picture. BTW stupid site, they say "please mind your language, children use this site too" just because I used the correct word for a female from the canine family.
Mary MacADNski: Someone else mentioned the same kind of censorship recently.
This time there was only one fox here. It certainly is a worry about the cats.
We've been enjoying your foxes, Mary. They're around here too, but I don't encourage visits this close...too many cats around. I know that you're watching out for yours.
Mary MacADNski: I certainly don't encourage them. Lots of wild animals come here because I have a large pond where they can drink. They usually check out the house too. I don't feed them.
