This is a very steep part of yesterday's walk. I'm about two thirds down the second part of the hill. This is my first view of the beach on our first full day of spring yesterday. There is quite a bit of melting to go yet, as you can see.

Man! Doesn't look like spring at all, Mary! But at least we know it IS on its way for even you! It's hard to believe that's actually a beach!
Mary MacADNski: We have glorious summers where everyone flocks to the beaches. Yes, it will come. We do start to get antsy about now though.

You should have brought a crazy carpet and slid down. Olivia and Rachel could have lent you one, they had a blast here on the hills that Papa made for them.
Mary MacADNski: I actually thought about that at the top but of course didn't have one with me. It would probably have put me in hospital. Ha, maybe you're wanting a little vacation, are you? Love ya.
Somehow looks more gentle and less dramatic than yesterday's shot, Mary.
Looks like you have a way to go before Spring dominates.
Mary MacADNski: It is much steeper here but shady so there has not been much melting. I should have taken a shot sooner. We are a patient lot here, waiting for spring.
