Sorry, Mary...I'm not wasting my tears on you, or your beautiful beach, or your beautiful island. Unless...I'm flying out to California tomorrow...you wanna cry for me? Cheers.
Mary MacADNski: No tears for you either then.

...where the jack rabbit and Mrs Fox danced last night in the moonlight...
Mary MacADNski: Actually there are a few parties down here on occasion. I go clean up after them.

What no sand castles, at least you have no crowds mary
Mary MacADNski: There are never any crowds here, Zed - just me. No one in my neighbourhood goes here so I always have it to myself.

a bit chillier than a West Australian Beach this time of year.
Nice one
Cheers
Rob
Mary MacADNski: A bit, yes. That's where I'm going the next time I go to AU. I didn't get to the west last time.

You must be mad if you think we're going to feel sorry for you with scenery like this on your doorstep! You get the double benefit of beautiful snow in the winter and a gorgeous beach in the summer - what's to cry about!?
Mary MacADNski: But I need flowers and warm sand on my toes and....I want spring. Boo hoo hoo.

This is a terrific composition and a lovely image Mary. Love it.
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Aussie. I knew you would like the snow. I've actually appreciated it this year myself having not been able to get out to shoot last winter.
The first time I see such a beautiful white sand! (lol)
I have a tear for you Mary and yet the picture is so wonderful.
Mary MacADNski: Thank you, Richard. I appreciate a little tear and you will shed another when you hear we are in the middle of a spring blizzard at the moment. i just took a photo of my back yard.
Great picture Mary, it seems strange to se a beach covered in snow. We have snow forecast for the weekend would you believe.
Mary MacADNski: We are having a major blizzard here today. Winter is too long.
I had never seen the beach with the snow.It is strange but very beautiful. Resist. the hot season is coming.
Mary MacADNski: Yes, I'm a wimp for complaining.

Look mary, it may as well be I who tell you this. Your own beach where only you feature. I have seen enough of your PEI to know you have it real good over there. So your beach is white on a particular day of the year. I can't show you snow pictures except if I would drive 600km's in winter.

You are lucky, lucky, lucky. Now you want me amongst others to cry for your luck. Maybe out of jealousy wink

Just hang in there, I can feel your spring/summer coming on over here. Our days are now down to around 25 degrees C - and going down gradualy.
Mary MacADNski: Ok, Louis. I think I understand. I'll beg for tears no more.

My idea of beach; empty for as far as the eye can see! Spring wil soon be here, Mary.. hang on in there!
Mary MacADNski: I love it here, Alan, as most of the time, that's is exactly what I have. We are having a major blizzard today.

Lovely photograph Mary - but it would be too cold for me here!
Mary MacADNski: It's not terribly cold and you dress for it.

Lovely to see how the snow takes on the blue of the sky.

Soon it'll be spring for you, it really will smile
Mary MacADNski: I love that too. Some have suggested I remove the blue cast but I love it very much.
superb light/shadows and scenery Marysmile
Mary MacADNski: Thank you, kind Sir.
I won't mention the hyacinths and daffodils that were blooming in the Spring sunshine todaygrin
Mary MacADNski: You are kind to not but there is no need. I want you to enjoy your lovely spring.
I'm not sure I'd like to live there but I wouldn't mind for a holiday the place is wonderful
Mary MacADNski: It is wonderful and in the summer it is paradise.
