Very pleasant layering of colours...people and boat are almost incidental.
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Ray.
Beautiful contrast between sand, water and sky colors.

Great shot!
Mary MacADNski: The water was so blue that day. Thanks for coming by, Remi.

Whoowee, just made for sand tobogganing grin
Mary MacADNski: We wait till there's snow for tobogganing.
I like the three distinct layers Mary broken only by the yacht.
Mary MacADNski: They are very different. Thanks.

Very appealing Mary. Sea has strong character to it..
Mary MacADNski: It certainly changed throughout the day between tides.

Oh that is a nice scene, such beautiful colours too.
Mary MacADNski: The colours of summer, Ellie.
Looks like a lovely day to be out on the water Mary.
Mary MacADNski: It was very hot - and perfect.
All looks very peaceful and uncrowded!
Mary MacADNski: The beach where I was was crowded but the island not so much as you need a boat to get across.

Excellent image, Mary! The white against the sand dunes in the back and the people on the beach, with yellow objects spotting the shore... definitely a livin easy image.
Mary MacADNski: It was a really hot day and the beach was crowded. The island not so much as you need a boat to get across. I saw two men swim across but they rested only a minute and swam back. Too much to do on such a hot day.

Funny.. the ferry has suddenly changed into a small yacht! Beach is not too crowded, I'm pleased to see!
Mary MacADNski: This is a sand dune island across from the beach. You can swim there but it's never crowded cause you need a boat to get across.
