Good heavens - I bet someone is as high as a kite after eating one of these!
Mary MacADNski: The insects love them. I don't know the particulars on this one.

No idea what this is, Mary! Is that frost on it, though.
Mary MacADNski: This is a mushroom in the forest. It is just a texture on the mushroom, not frost.

Are these edible, love mushrooms but don't know a mushroom from a toadstool
Mary MacADNski: I don't know if it is edible or not. I know only one for sure - chanterelles - so I stick to them. I am fascinated by the beauty of mushrooms though and love to photograph them.
Lovely shot Mary
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Bill.

Er what is it???
Mary MacADNski: It is a mushroom but I don't know what kind. I have mushrooms for a few days - starting yesterday.
Great intriguing capture Mary!
Mary MacADNski: Aren't mushrooms the most wonderful things?
A fine capture..Fungi would make a good series Mary.
Mary MacADNski: It is, sort of. My series' are usually three or four days. The only longer one was the week of boats a month or so ago and of course, Caturday.

Wow, don't recall ever seeing a mushroom like this. Beautiful lemon color.
Mary MacADNski: I believe this is the yellow variety of the fly agaric which is poisonous.
Another type of mushroom I am not familiar with Mary, I for one wouldn't try it out though.
Mary MacADNski: They actually open up and become typical pancake shaped but I don't know for sure but this may be a fly agaric, which is poisonous.
Practising before getting the Pumpkin?
Mary MacADNski: Ha! No I'm back to woods walking. Did 8 km today; planning on double that tomorrow.
