A roosting flock of one of the world's great migrators...great stuff, Mary.
Mary MacADNski: They are not dandelion but a bushy plant with dandelion looking flowers. Still they have those great seed heads.
a truly beautiful image...
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Larry. It was beauty in the midst of a dull scene. I just had to save it somehow.

I can't imagine the crop, so I tend to agree with you grin Excellent picture, to say the truth.
Mary MacADNski: I cropped the bottom off and took a little off the sides. The main difference is that the blue popped out then and almost took center stage.

This is very closely focussed Mary
Mary MacADNski: It is the only way to see the beauty of the seeds.
There is so much detail just a little below centre. I would think a close crop might lose the sense of what it is.

very nice Mary, ever so delicate
Mary MacADNski: It was beautiful in it's dull surroundings and deserved to be saved somehow.
I like this, don't think it needed cropping

Nature comes out with some beautiful things, Mary, as here.
Mary MacADNski: A lot of them present themselves during this season, don't you think.
You show the soft beauty of these plants so well Mary.
Mary MacADNski: It is a season of beauty.
Very soft and delicate looking, very nice.
Mary MacADNski: Just like me, LOL.
They are very soft looking Mary...but it works well. Nice one.
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Ron. They've probably blown off in the wind by now.
I think you have done the right thing not cropping Mary it is a very delicate image as it is.
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Brian. It looks cool cropped too with the blue jumping out.
Lovely and fluffy Mary
Mary MacADNski: It is that. Thanks for commenting.
