Looks like a quiet place...where birds might come to mooch a bit cos it's getting colder.
Mary MacADNski: This is a black duck sanctuary so it certainly is a place where birds come to mooch.

Chris has the right word - silvery. Its also bleak, and cold. The reflections look frozen in glossy ice.

Just a little touch of fals colours but enough to lift the scene. Love the reflections.
