I really love sunsets and this one is a goodie smile.
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Rory. My aunt and uncle live on this spot. How glorious.

But but but...I LOVE fall landscapes, Mary. smile But this will do, too. Who is tired of ducks and sunrises/sunset?? grin Not I, said the little red hen.
Mary MacADNski: Thanks for coming by, Ginnie. In the archives you'll find a month of autumn landscapes. It is snowing at the moment if you can believe it. Yuck!

More dusk than duck here, Mary.

What's wrong with Autumn landscapes, then?
Mary MacADNski: I had more duck than dusk back in April or May when I posted another from this evening. Balance, you know.

There is nothing wrong with autumn landscapes. I get bored easily, that's all. It is snowing at the moment and I'm not ready for winter landscapes.
very nice shot

the colors is beautifull
Mary MacADNski: Thank you for the kind comment and for visiting.

A grande composition. You belong with the masters. Can you set this kind of thing to glass for a window. I am not buying, just wanting to know if it can be done.
Mary MacADNski: You could buy the glass in these colours and go from there. You would have to add elements to the scene to make it work. You could not have the long straight horizon for instance. You would need something to break into that line to add strength.

Those pinks are amazing Mary!
Mary MacADNski: My aunt and uncle live in this amazing place where they get the sunset every night. i am standing in front of their house. Every time they think of getting a smaller house, they think of the sunsets they would miss. They're still there.
Well if you are tired of them I don't mind this as a substitutesmile
Mary MacADNski: You won't want to hear this but at the moment it is snowing. I dread snow till January when I take the time to go out and play in it.

Autumn is great Mary along with your landscapes.smile
I also like this very much though.
Have a cool weekend.
Mary MacADNski: Tracy, I have to say a bad word. It is snowing at the moment. Wet snow that will make the roads slushy and slippery. I'd love to get autumn back at the moment.
I'm a sucker for rising and setting suns. So I like this one. Ducks? ducks? Oh yes, I see them, I was too busy looking at the colours!
Mary MacADNski: I love ducks and took tons of shots of them that evening. I took a couple of the sun. LOL

I do like a good sunset, and the ducks just add to the composition. Nice one Mary.
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Les. I got a lot of duck shots that day too.
What a superb and colourful composition Mary. A likey for me!
Mary MacADNski: I'm honoured, Richard. Thank you very much.

This would make a good "wallpaper" picture.
Mary MacADNski: I'll send it to you if you like, Ellie. I change mine often.
A lovely reminder Mary..Wet snow..not very nice. Joanie cant wait for the snow..we may not get any.
Mary MacADNski: Ours turned out to be more snowy rain with no accumulation but just saw on the pre-news that some parts of the Maritimes did get a fair amount.
Whatever the season a sunset like this is one to be remembered Mary and the ducks really finish off this composition.
Mary MacADNski: I think I said to someone this morning that I was taking shots of the ducks and the sunset happened to be there.
A shot greatly enhanced by the ducks, Mary. I'll never tire of fall landscapes.. smile
Mary MacADNski: That's sweet of you to say, Alan. I do believe you though because you deliver landscapes most days too.
This is some sunset Mary, its beautiful, ducks and all.
Mary MacADNski: I love the ducks the best.
Great colours!
Superb shot!
Mary MacADNski: Thank you so much, Reflecteur.
WoW nice shot
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Sina Si. This is from Wasaga Beach in Ontario in April.
