Not Burning So Hard

The original from yesterday's shot. You can see them side by side in the archive for another interesting view.  I rarely play with my images other that straightening horizons and the occasional, seldom really, crop.

Imagine all the fun that awaits, Mary, when you discover and unfreeze the "twiddle" keys.

This is another fine shot, as pre-twiddled by the internal program of the A520.
Mary MacADNski: It is all a matter of time. I use the time in the beginning when I'm composing the shot.

I'm going to be using the A520 again as soon as my daughter mails it to me. My camera has a lens problem and I have to send it away for repair. It is going to be gone 8 - 10 weeks. I'm a bit miffed at the length of time for the warranty repair service.
No need to play with a shot such as this, Mary. Love the vivid colouring. Missed yesterday's so off to look now.
Mary MacADNski: I recently heard on a radio program that if you can afford only one shrub this is the one you should choose. I don't necessarily agree but I can see why someone would say that about the vivid and beautiful burning bush.

Fiddling is 1/2 the fun for me Mary but l have only admiration for people such as yourself who get it right first try
Mary MacADNski: I wish I had time. I guess I take the time beforehand when you think of it.

It's candy pink now
Mary MacADNski: It is still a black red and so beautiful in it's natural colour.
I am not a twiddler, and to be honest I prefer today's one. Nicely tried though!
Mary MacADNski: Neither am I as you know. I was so amazed at what occurred when I pressed one button that I saved the result. I have no idea any more what button I pressed.
I'm so glad you put this one up as well Mary. I prefer this one - it is beautiful.
Mary MacADNski: This is the true colour and it is beautiful. I recently heard on a radio program that if you can afford only one shrub this is the one you should choose. I don't necessarily agree but I can see why someond would say that about the burning bush.
I like this one better as well mary but full marks to having a twiddle, it can be fun if even just for the sake of it.
Mary MacADNski: It is fun to play around once in a while but basically I do what I have time for.
This is lovely as it is but yesterdays was nice too. Was it the "I'm feeling lucky" button. I use that sometimes.
Mary MacADNski: I'm not sure if it was that or the contrast or colour correction offer.
I like yesterdays...we will make a twiddler of you yet Mary grin
Mary MacADNski: I doubt it. If I had more time, I would consider more play. I do what I can handle.

I like the more delicate shades of red and pink in this one Mary
Mary MacADNski: I like it too but was so startled by what happened at the press of a button that i saved the result. Had to post for all those who think I don't know how to play. LOL
I like playing so I really like both,Very nice.
Mary MacADNski: I like both too and don't twiddle at all as a rule.

See, twiddling can be fun.
Thansk for letting me know about this one.
Mary MacADNski: I hope the camera is not gone that long either. I will miss it a lot.

This was a one button t

Eye catching shot you have here Mary. What plant/tree is this?
Mary MacADNski: This is a burning bush in it's autumn splendor. It's green in summer.
