Now is this in Florida or not during this month? I'd love to come along and take photos too! smile
Mary MacADNski: This was in June or July, Jen. Nice to hear from you.

Wheres the water hazard smile
Mary MacADNski: One whole side of the golf course is a bay. Son is good enough of a golfer to stay away from the others.
Great capture of your son practising his favourite sport Mary!
Mary MacADNski: Only one of his favorite sports. He is an avid hockey player, he fishes every chance he can get. He plays ball hockey, squash, and goes to the gym.

No patties. You found the golf course at last smile

This little hollow seems to be visited a lot, judging by the visible tracks.
Mary MacADNski: I'm never going to live this down. LOL This hill is the straight line between the tee and hole.

Now you sure this isn't the cow pasture? I don't want you leading us astray again! smile Looks like a few golfers have ended up in the banker judging by the buggy tracks.
Mary MacADNski: My son knows the difference thankfully. That hill is the shortest line between the tee and the hole.
A well used and well trodden course. Nice of your son not to mind you following him around.
Mary MacADNski: He probably minded but was being nice. It is a well used course with great vistas.

Lots of good exercise, Mary. smile
Mary MacADNski: Yes and good views and fresh air - all good.
It is a great game but I stopped playing when Kathryn was born and have no intention of taking it up again.
Mary MacADNski: I'm actually good at it but don't like it much. I like the walking part though.

Clearly you don't join in Mary
Mary MacADNski: I don't want to beat him then worry about his self esteem. LOL I do the shooting with my camera.
I am surprised he has not got you caddying for him,my son would give it a try if he played golf! smile
Mary MacADNski: No, he does it for exercise so likes to carry the weight himself. His bag has wheels.
The only golf I play in on the Wii. haha
Mary MacADNski: Not much walking in that but you get to swing your arms.

Now that looks like a golf course. lol
Mary MacADNski: Much better! This was July and the pasture was November. I was thinking I should have known because with the amount of fertilizer the golf course remains green even in November.
So you get plenty of excercise when your does a round of golf then Mary, expecially up and down sloes like this.
Mary MacADNski: He's fast too so there is a bit of running to keep up with him after I've stopped to take photos of useless fenees.
Lovely summery shot..I bet it doesn't look like this now Mary
Mary MacADNski: It did yesterday but we got 2 cm of snow every night. The grass would have been a bit less green because my lawn is green.
Being 9 hole course, Mary, did you son play it twice on that day? My husband, an avid golfer, is always trying to get me to take up the game but it holds no interest for me as I totally agree with Mark Twain's observation that
"Golf is a good way to ruin a walk."
Mary MacADNski: No, he plays only once round but plays often, every chance he gets. The last time they played they sported toques. That's my problem with it too. You could do as I do and accompany him with a camera.
Gorgeous shot but I heard a rumour that you might be getting some white stuff about now.
Mary MacADNski: We got 2 cm last night and heavy winds. The winds have continued today. Western PEI got hit harder. It's been lovely and green and I love it.

Gee, Mary...why don't you carry his golf bag so he can concentrate on his score?

[grin]
Mary MacADNski: He is all about the exercise and carrying the bag is weight training.
