A Horse Of Course

I like the unfamiliar, disorienting cropping...
Mary MacADNski: I don't do post processing so this is not cropped afterward, but shot like this. Got some interesting horse photos that day:

You had me looking twice at this horse, of course
Mary MacADNski: You are familiar with horse flesh. I expected you would know it right away.

l assume its a horse, but it did take some looking smile
Mary MacADNski: Most did not think that. Good for you.
From the thumbnail i thought it was an aerial shot of the red soil and snow!
Mary MacADNski: I had not seen it in thumbnail when I put it up so I can see why you would think that. It really does look like that.

"A horse is a horse, of course, of course, and no one can talk to a horse, of course...." Now I'll be singing that all day, Mary. grin
Mary MacADNski: Oh, no, Ginnie. I hate when a song gets stuck in my head. i hope you can get it out.

Hahhaha - I couldn't work out what it was from the thumbnail Mary!
Mary MacADNski: Goodness, I got you to laugh. happy day!
Well you know how I like the anstract so this is a hit with me Mary. Not sure about the small patch of green.
Mary MacADNski: Most of my photography is uncropped. I probably have a shot without the green.
You fooled me, I thought the same as Bill, very good! smile
Mary MacADNski: I can see how so many was fooled. I hadn't seen the thumbnail. It would fool me too.
I was fooled by your thumbnail. Of course it is!
Mary MacADNski: I think I fooled a few people.
I thought we had a snow picture from the thumbnail Mary. A nice little selection for an unusual picture.
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Brian. It turned out pretty good having fooled people though that was not my intention.

For a brief moment, I thought that this was looking straight down on to a snowy scene!

(Seems like I'm not the only one, either!)
Mary MacADNski: It does look like a snowy scene with our red soil and I had not imagined that when I put it up.
A horse snow. Yesterday it snowed here in Spain in my city, which is rare and I see snow everywhere.
Mary MacADNski: It has snowed in Eurpoe more than usual and here less than usual.

Reminds me of Chads sheep series, but this has some interesting shapes and colour
Mary MacADNski: It looks like a drum skin or piece of leather.

Reach for the curry comb.
Mary MacADNski: I think it would make fabulous hide or whatever you call leather with the hair still on it.
