These look like very big ciggies. How long did you smoke for? I'll probably start again one day
Mary MacADNski: I smoked for forty years. My sis in law and another friend plan to start again. One at sixty-five, one at seventy. I will not myself though.

Way to go.
I love you
Mary MacADNski: I am proud. It's my favorite anniversary.
Keep it up Mary, l have been cigarette free for 21 years...it does get easier every year
Mary MacADNski: Since the day I finally quit four years ago, I have found it easy. The other fourteen times I TRIED to quit were difficult. This has been a very four years. Only have to say, "No More!"
Very well done Mary, yet to do it myself,I have quit a couple of times and started again,The no smoking lady says it happens all the time and that I will eventually do it!
Mary MacADNski: I quit at least fifteen times and made up my mind finally. Truly that's all it takes.
These are really big ciggies aren't they Mary, or could they be bales of hay. Very well noticed. Five and a bit years for me Mary, too late to prevent the "cardiac event" though I'm sorry to say.
Mary MacADNski: It's a very happy day for me. I chose to live with healthier lungs.....finally!
well done. I'm 10 days in to the last time I give up. Been doing six months on six months off for the last two years. Crazy!. This time.
Mary MacADNski: Before my final smoke 4 years ago, I quit more than 15 times. I tried many methods and many excuses. Finally I made up my mind for real and have never looked back. I am so proud that I did this and it's all through simply, my choice. Good luck to you, Darren.
