Let Us In

Cats create the illusion of being at our mercy while all along we are at theirs.

This is 'the look' when the girls want to come in. Photo taken in spring.

I bet there's a sequel picture called "Let Us Out", taken 5 minutes later. smile As always, your girls are soooo photogenic!
Mary MacADNski: They say, "Out" when they want out. I taught them to say out and Mama.

Hilarious!

The girls are in total control!
Mary MacADNski: I let them think they are. The ears back mean, "Hurry."

betta hurry up then Mary or there will be hell to pay
Mary MacADNski: When the ears are back like that they seriously want in but sometimes I leave them there for a bit longer. Have to let them know who's boss.
Although he is a bit Anglo Saxon in his language, this Eddie Izzard clip is very funny

Mary MacADNski: That's a man who knows his cats!
I like their expressions Mary.
Such a true quote!
Mary MacADNski: I love that little book of quotes. Some are so, so true.
It seems they have not broken a dish, so innocent!
Mary MacADNski: LOL.They are well behaved and go in and out, in and out. They need a doorman.
They could be bookends... they look so much alike.
Mary MacADNski: That's a good analogy, especially since I can read them like a book as well.
These girls, as well as being beautiful, are well behaved, Mary, if all they give you is 'the look'. Our cat, Toby, used to claw the wooden door to shreds if he wasn't let in immediately.
Mary MacADNski: My daughter's dog clawed through all my screens this summer so I feel your pain.
Girls will nearly always have their way Mary!!!
Mary MacADNski: When they're these girls, they get their way. I keep them happy - they keep me happy.
They could be twins, they make a really cute picture smile
Mary MacADNski: They are twins in that they are from the same litter.
Cute picture Mary. The picture of innocent patience. You will suffer later - they'll mess the bed up for you!
Mary MacADNski: I wish they would stay on the bed. It's a constant fight to keep them from drinking paint water.
Lovely!
Mary MacADNski: Thank you.

The one on the left looks hope to wait; the one on the right looks more like its annoyed at having to wait! Do they have a flap, Mary, so that they can come at go as they please? (Perhaps not in view of the other animals in the area).
Mary MacADNski: They don't have a flap or we'd have raccoons, skunks and foxes sharing the house. You got the personalities of the cats right. Kenz on the left is much more relaxed than Bella. Bella thinks she is royalty and we sometimes call her the queen.
You couldn't describe the cats better. They consider themselves superior but even so, they are cute and playful animals.
Mary MacADNski: I love them very much!
dont let them in, their eyes say.. BRAAAAIIIINSS
Mary MacADNski: They will want out again in 5 minutes.
