Looks like he's enjoying the view, too, Mary. There's a slight slope to your horizon but it's still a very restful view. I'll check out tomorrow's posting.

A lovely shot Mary, your friends dog gets to some great places for running about, in and out of the water I presume.
Mary MacADNski: A couple of years ago when I visited my friends on Boxing Day we went for a walk on the beach. Yes, their dog ran into the bay and swam amongst the ice chunks.
I feel envious of the trips you take, for these places so beautiful, so lonely, so inhospitable. And taking care of the dog. Just walk, repeat.
Mary MacADNski: The Island is a truly beautiful place. Europeans are always amazed at how much space there is here. There are kilometers of beaches where you could walk summer or winter and never see a soul. I love being outside.
