Shags are fine critters..they look good on the big floating vegetable gnocci, Mary.

Mary MacADNski: I worked a night shift Sat. night and was not with it Sunday either - even forgot to post a shot.
Anything that floats is good for a cormorant perch on it.

Straight back into summer, and I still wanted to visit PEI for a good snow storm!
Mary MacADNski: A couple of summer bird shots then back to winter birds. It's certainly pretty out there. A couple of cm. overnight that is sticking to the trees and everything is pure white again.

The buoys provide a good vantage point for the birds. Judging by the marks on them, they get well-used, too!
