who's pinched all the snow Mary, yes a very fine image, i like them both
Mary MacADNski: I found it quite amazing what a change it was.
It is an amazing change.
Mary MacADNski: Thanks to my friend, the sun.
Not so pretty, but, as you say, an amazing change over just 3 hours.
Mary MacADNski: It was hard to believe it was the same place. I had to stop and get another shot.

Indeed Mary: it makes a huge amount of difference
Mary MacADNski: Mr. Sun was hard at work while I had lunch and a visit. Soon he'll have flowers popping from the ground.

Both lovely images Mary, amazing what a little sunshine will do
Mary MacADNski: Yes, Aussie. The sun is strong and getting stronger by the day. Soon it will bring flowers from the earth.
A great change indeed Mary. Quite interesting to see both pictures one after the other!
Mary MacADNski: I thought so too, Richard. It's amazing what the sun can do.

Nice illustration of the point, Mary.
Mary MacADNski: I was amazed myself and had to stop to take it in and grab a shot. I have shots of this spot in autumn and may have posted one here.
This natural scene is beautiful in both images, but I particularly like the warmer tones of this one. Is this a well known river, Mary?
Mary MacADNski: No, this is in absolute rural PEI and just a small river that doesn't end at a larger body of water.

Such a difference! I think I prefer the first one. H.
Mary MacADNski: I think I like the first one too but I love seeing the blue in the water.

Beautiful, Mary. I missed yesterday's image die to other commitments, I'm afraid.

ooohhh Mary, I love this shot!!
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Jennie.
They are both very attractive images Mary, although I do like this but the B&W is the stronger of the two for me.
Mary MacADNski: I think it is too, Brian though it is a colour shot, not changed to B/W.
There is quite a big difference, I like both smile
Mary MacADNski: I like both too but especially the comparison.
Fine images Mary..A little sunshine and it all changes..lovely.
Mary MacADNski: Amazing what a bit of sun will do.
Wow, and we woke up to more snow and many accidents on the nearby fasy road.
Mary MacADNski: Driving is the worst part of winter weather. There was an accident on a Charlolttetown bridge yesterday at morning rush hour. Made everyone late for work.

Amazing change, bet it was a bit warmer for you though
Mary MacADNski: Not much of a difference. It was a warmish day anyway even with the cloud of the morning.

I must confess that I'm rather tired of the snow in the UK but this is purely from a disruption of normal transport and life. But this scene is truly uplifting and beautiful in every respect, love it. mal
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, mal. We've had very little snow this year, most of it falling in the last couple of weeks. I find ways to enjoy it. It's the only way to cope.
This is very pretty and the sun did make all the difference
Mary MacADNski: Amazing isn't it what a couple hours would do.
This place should be beautiful, Mary!
Mary MacADNski: Thank you. It was very pretty that day.
Oh Wow! I'm glad you commented and told me to come check this one out too. They are both gorgeous! What a smart idea of taking the same scene at different times.
Mary MacADNski: I had not planned it. It was so pretty on the way to my friend's house. It was so amazing to me how much the scene had changed over just a few hours. Thanks for coming back!!!!
