Someone keeps chickens on the beach?

[grin]
Mary MacADNski: Chicken of the sea, Ray. It's a retired lobster pot.

simply...beautiful, beautifully simple
Mary MacADNski: It's wonderful that we have so many beaches where you would never see another soul.

I wonder if they expect the lobsters to walk out of the water and find a way into the trap.

Great picture of a mild wintry day.
Mary MacADNski: This is a summer shot, Louis. I needed a change from snow. Our lobsters are smart here.

A photographer's paradise, Mary!
Mary MacADNski: It's a beach not many go to. This was a beautiful day in July. Beside my friend and I there were only two other people.

Looks like a home made crab trap waiting for the tide to come back in
Mary MacADNski: It would be a lobster pot that has seen the end of it's working life.

Mary MacADNski: It's a lobster pot that has retired from it's hard working life.

Mary MacADNski: It's an old lobster pot that has seen the end of it's fishing days.

All very calm looking Mary: is that some sort of fish trap there?
Mary MacADNski: That's a torn up lobster trap that has seen it's last fishing days.
A lovely place to walk winter or summer, it looks really calm.
Mary MacADNski: It was a fairly nice beach that I found while exploring.
What a wonderful capture Mary!
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Richard.

Is that a lobster pot or something similar, Mary? Not too many sunbathers!
Mary MacADNski: No people about which is how I like the beach. Yes, this is an old lobster pot.
It is a wild beach ... I'm sure many people do not like. I love it.
Mary MacADNski: That's my kind of beach. I saw this beach from a boat, asked my friends how to get there on land and a few days later, found it.
There were no other people there. I love it!

Esa es mi tipo de playa. Yo vi esta playa desde un barco, pregunté a mis amigos cómo llegar en la tierra y unos días más tarde, la encontró. No había otras personas allí. Me encanta!
Now that's my sort of beach, a bit of a long way from me though.
Mary MacADNski: That's my kind of beach too. I saw this beach from a boat, asked my friends how to get there on land and a few days later, found it. Not another soul to be found.
And a great song too!
Mary MacADNski: I have loved this forever. It was one of my mom's favorite songs too.
Something sad in this picture ! I like very much your composition Mary !!
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Zebigleb. I like lonely beaches very much.

Looks rather a lonely spot - especially with the abandoned lobster pot.

The trap looks tatty now ..All very interesting on your walks though Mary.
Mary MacADNski: The trap is a derelict from a storm or something, all broken up. You can always find something interesting on a beach walk.
Looks like that lobster pot managed to crawl ashore before expiring...
Mary MacADNski: Ha, I love it! Mad a great visual image.
